Talk therapy can get a person only so far. We store stress in our
bodies and we need to use our bodies in order to release stress. These
events give you a chance to get out of your head and into your body.

The event ends with a sound bath which is a wonderful opportunity to
fully integrate the experience that you just had with the drumming. It
gives you a moment to go inward and to be still within yourself.

Overall, it's a healing experience that can enrich your life!

I provide all of the instruments and no experience is necessary.

This event is packed full of things that you have never done in a drum
circle before.

The cost is $49 which is the same price as a group counseling session.
